Lift Servicing & Maintenance Support

In order to bring peace of mind to all our customers, Platform Lift Solutions offers a very attractive and complimentary 12 month warranty package. The warranty includes a free complete service after six and 12 months and in the unlikely event that the lift breaks down, we will respond within 24 hours.

The service and safety check includes:

• Inspection of the lift/s; and if necessary the submission of a report giving observations and recommendations concerning the condition of the lift/s.
• Check wearing parts i.e. screw nuts, guide rails etc.
• Check fixings and guide rails, gear unit, rope anchorages etc.
• Test safety gear, slack rope switch, activate top and bottom stop switches.
• Examine control panel, gear unit and brake.
• Generally lubricate and adjust as required.

We also offer additional comprehensive maintenance packages to suit your individual requirements.

Once the initial 12 month warranty expires, we offer further service packages to fit your needs and budget. Remaining with Platform Lift Solutions not only has the benefit of value for money, but our engineers will be familiar with your lift history and the manufacturer’s up-to-date recommendations.
